Like much of the New Orleans region, we were devastated by Hurricane Katrina. But we looked at the situation as an opportunity to not only rebuild, but also reinvent our company, increase our sourcing capabilities and achieve our goal of becoming the source for Premium Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp.
Reenergized, we opened a state-of-the-art processing facility in Delcambre, LA, modernized our New Orleans plant using cutting edge technology and expanded our distribution and product mix. We continue to work tirelessly to source and supply our Partners with Premium Quality Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp each and every day throughout the year.
