Garlic and Red Jalapeno Shrimp.


  • 20 large Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp (about 1 pound), peeled and deveined (tails left intact; optional)
  • ½ red jalapeno chile, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper


Time: 20 Minutes | Serves: 3-5 people

Toss together Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp, garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon oil; season with salt and pepper. Marinate in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp in marinade until cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.
Garnish with green onion and cilantro.
